Host Defense MyCommunity
My community is a blend of 17 mushroom species. Recently renamed, MyCommunity is the 17 species Host defense formula originally created by Paul Stamets—the most comprehensive formula for supporting Natural Immunity produced by Fungi Perfecti.
Each mushroom species collected by Fungi Perfecti is sustainably harvested by taking a small sample of tissue with which to generate a master culture. The ecosystem remains intact and unharmed. We carefully culture the mycelium for the Host Defense products on the Fungi Perfecti Farm using the Stamets P Value system for quality assurance. This ensures the provenance and genetic vitality of each strain in the Host Defense line. From the Forest, to our Farm, to You.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 ml twice per day. Can be taken with food or without, on an empty stomach or as recommended by your healthcare advisor.

Does everyone need supplements? Not everyone needs supplements. However, just about everyone can benefit from supplements. Are supplements safe to take? Although supplements are generally safe, it’s always best to check with your doctor before starting on a program of supplements. Some supplements may not be appropriate for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, for example. And the most important thing is to observe how you feel while taking a particular supplement. Listen to the feedback your body will give you!
What if I’m pregnant? If you’re pregnant, ask your doctor or midwife about a good prenatal supplement. You may need extra iron or folic acid during your pregnancy, and prenatal vitamins are formulated with both you and the baby in mind.
