Career Summary: I have led a diverse and dynamic human resource team to develop, ensure adherence to, and monitor policies and procedures. I have achieved all world-class standards and continue to emerge new thought processes to create a culture of belonging. I have also created commitments and policy related to diversity, inclusion, equity, justice, belonging, and liberation (DIEJBL). Additionally, I have created GRACE Mindset theory of action to ensure a culture of belonging.
I also volunteer as the Vice President Arts, Culture & Education at Black Art, Culture & Education, Inc. I served as Board Chair for two consecutive terms and currently serve as Vice Chair at Gwinnett County Public Schools.
